Accept a teacher invitation as a student or guardian

This script explains invitation acceptance from the recipient’s perspective. Use demo accounts and keep invitation tokens out of the recording.

Written walkthrough

Open the expected teacher invitation, check the relationship details and follow the account steps. Show the adult learner route and explain that a child’s activation is completed by the appropriate adult.

Recording script

Invitation. “First, check that this is the teacher and learner relationship you expect.”

Account step. “Follow the sign-in or account creation option shown. Use an existing account where appropriate.”

Guardian route. “For a child, the adult completes the required activation and permission steps.”

Connected workspace. “Now check the teacher and find the next lesson or shared material.”

Capture notes

Use a prepared accepted relationship for the closing shot if recording live acceptance would expose a token. Label any cut between states. Do not suggest students can bypass the invitation model with an unrelated self-sign-up.
