Start with your question

  1. 01

    When is my lesson?

Calendar: teacher, date, time and duration.

  2. 02

    What did we work on?

    Lesson Notes: published guidance.

  3. 03

    What should I practise?

The assigned task and its named resource.

  4. 04

    What is changing?

Goals and practice records, discussed with your teacher.

Attendance and invoice information are available only where your role permits.

Start with the question you want answered. The schedule, lesson note and practice task each serve a different purpose.

When is my lesson?

Open Calendar and check the teacher, full date, time and duration. If you need a change, agree it with the teacher rather than assuming a message has already changed the schedule.

What did we work on?

Open Lesson Notes and choose the relevant teacher and lesson. Look for the published guidance. A teacher’s draft may not yet be available to you.

What should I do now?

Open the practice or assignment area available in your account. Read the task before opening the resource. “Bars 1–2, keeping a steady pulse” gives the file a purpose.

How am I progressing?

Use Goals and the available practice records to review current work. Activity tells you what was recorded; the teacher’s readiness assessment adds their musical judgement.

What about attendance and invoices?

Review the lesson record or invoice information your role permits. If an attendance entry or billed date looks wrong, give the teacher the exact lesson date and explain the discrepancy. Payment questions belong to your arrangement with that teacher.

If an area is absent, ask about plan, role or sharing permissions rather than assuming every account should look identical.
