What was billed, and what is its recorded status?
This walkthrough gives each main workspace area a job. Use the script to record a concise orientation without inventing a task for every menu item.
Written walkthrough
Open Students to find a teaching relationship. Open Calendar to check the agreed lesson time. Use Messages for communication and Library for the material you can share. Open Invoices to review billing records. Return to the student record when preparing the musical content of a lesson.
Recording script
Students. “Start here when your question is about a learner: their context, current work or teaching relationship.”
Calendar. “Start here when your question is about time. Check the learner, date and duration before changing a lesson.”
Messages. “Keep a scheduling conversation or a question easy to find. Put lasting musical guidance in the lesson record.”
Library. “Keep a recognisable version of the score, worksheet or audio. Sharing a file and describing what to do with it are two different steps.”
Invoices. “Review what has been billed and its recorded status. A record marked paid should reflect a payment you have actually checked.”
Return to Students. “Choose the area that answers your question, then return to the learner.”
Capture notes
Use fictional financial examples. Do not send an invoice or invitation during a public demonstration. Show each destination long enough for the viewer to recognise its heading.
