  1. 01

    Choose work

A manageable set of tasks for today.

  2. 02

    Practise

Start and attempt the chosen work.

  3. 03

    Review

Check that the report reflects the sitting.

  4. 04

    Save

Record it; follow any separate submission instruction.

A saved practice session is not automatically a submitted assignment.

Demonstrate one complete practice sitting, including the report and save step.

Written walkthrough

Open the student Practice Room. Choose a small amount of work, start the session, attempt the chosen activity and finish. Review the report before saving the session.

Recording script

Choose today’s practice. “I select the five-note study and one short listening task. I do not need to choose every assignment.”

Start. “The instruction tells me what to do first. I count through the join, then play slowly.”

Review. “The report shows the work I recorded. I check that it describes what happened.”

Save. “Saving records this practice sitting. If an assignment has a separate submission step, I still need to follow that instruction.”

Finish. “Next time, I can continue from a clear point.”

Capture notes

Keep empty-session and completed-session states distinct. Do not cut away before the save succeeds. Use a prepared short task so the demonstration shows a real completed flow without speeding through the learning.

Read the Practice Room guide.
