Illustrated explanation

Follow the task from teacher to learner

  1. 01

    Teacher chooses

A theory or aural task linked to the piece.

  2. 02

    Teacher checks

Range, question type, challenge and completion rule.

  3. 03

    Learner finds

The same named task in their account.

  4. 04

    Discuss

Try a question and explain the reasoning.

A conceptual handover, not a captured student account.

Show the assignment from both sides so teachers can see what the learner receives. This is a script and written walkthrough ready for recording.

Written walkthrough

Choose a demo learner, create a theory or aural assignment and review the available settings. Confirm the question type, difficulty and completion rule. Open the authorised demo learner account and locate that assignment.

Recording script

Teacher view. “I want this exercise to support the intervals in our piece. I choose the task and check the settings before assigning it.”

Review. “The range and question types match what we taught. The learner can see what counts as finishing.”

Student view. “Here is the same task. Read the instruction before starting, then try one question.”

Return to the purpose. “The result helps us choose what to discuss next; it does not replace hearing the student explain an answer.”

Capture notes

Use a clearly labelled account switch. Do not expose real student work. If a control differs between theory and aural tasks, show the actual selected task rather than pretending the settings are identical.

Connect exercises to a weekly plan.
