Use this written walkthrough to rehearse a short dashboard tour. The recording script below is ready for a screen capture; a finished video is not yet available.

Written walkthrough

Start in the teacher dashboard. Find the next lesson, then open the relevant student record. Read the most recent guidance before deciding what to teach. Visit Calendar for timing and Messages for an unresolved conversation. Return to the student rather than opening every area at once.

Recording script

Opening — show the teacher dashboard. “Start with the learner you are about to teach. The dashboard is a starting point for the day, not a list of everything you must do.”

Show a demo student’s record. “I am looking for the previous goal and the last useful observation. Today we will check whether the pulse continues into bar 2.”

Open Calendar, then Messages. “The calendar answers when the lesson happens. Messages hold the conversation. Neither replaces the musical guidance in a lesson note.”

Return to the student. “Now I know the time, the context and the next musical question. I am ready to prepare.”

Capture notes

Use a demo learner with fictional dates and no private messages. Pause after each navigation change so captions can be read. Keep the pointer near the item being discussed.

End card: “One student. One goal. One prepared lesson.”
