Illustrated explanation

Prove the whole loop with one learner

  1. 01

    Invite

Use the correct learner or guardian route.

  2. 02

    Share

One familiar score and one clear task.

  3. 03

    Ask

Can they find it and begin without another message?

  4. 04

    Improve

    Fix the hesitation before expanding.

A sent invitation is the beginning of the check, not the end.

Use one student to find the small points of friction before they become twenty support conversations.

Choose a useful first relationship

Pick an existing learner whose next lesson is soon and who can tell you honestly what is confusing. An adult learner is a straightforward first test; also check a guardian relationship before expanding to children.

Run the whole loop

Invite them, agree a lesson time, share one resource and set one clear next step. At the lesson’s end, ask the student to show you where they will find that step later. Do not stop at “the invitation was sent”.

Try this task: “Find the five-note study, play the first line once, and tell me which change of direction needs attention.” It checks access and understanding together.

Ask three useful questions

  • What did you expect to see first?
  • Where did you hesitate?
  • Could you start the task without another message from me?

Fix the most common hesitation before inviting the next group. If the issue is wording, change the instruction. If it is account access, resolve the invitation route. Adding more content rarely solves either problem.
