Write like the teacher they will meet
- 01
Broad claim
“Innovative, personalised tuition.”
- 02
Concrete experience
“We choose music you care about and work on one clear step at a time.”
Find Your Teacher is coming in November 2026. Use this writing exercise to prepare an introduction that sounds like the teacher a learner will meet.
Say it aloud first
Answer: “Who do you enjoy teaching, and what happens in one of your lessons?” Record the words privately or jot down the phrases you naturally use.
Replace broad claims
Instead of “innovative, personalised tuition”, try “we choose music you care about and work on one clear musical step at a time”.
Instead of “all levels welcome”, state the range you genuinely teach.
Include a small picture of learning
“An adult beginner might leave the first lesson able to find a melody’s opening and practise it with a steady pulse.” Keep it an example, not a promised result for every learner.
End with fit
Invite a conversation about aims and circumstances. Avoid claiming a badge or check that has not been completed.
